Kazakhstan women boxing team has gained four medals in Asian Boxing Championship that was held in Mongolia, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Kazakhstan Boxing Federation.
Yulduz Mamatkulova, 81-kilogram weight league boxer, won a silver medal. One more Kazakhstan fighter Lyazzat Kungeybayeva also won the second place in her +81-kilogram weight league in the Ulan-Bator tournament. Gulzhan Akimova (54-kilogram weight league boxer) and Firuza Sharipova (64-kilogram weight league boxer) became the bronze winners of the Asian Championship.
86 boxers from 19 countries took part in the competition. Ten of them represented Kazakhstan.
