WBA Super, IBO and WBC Interim middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin and IBF champion David Lemieux have conducted a press conference in Montreal, Canada, Tengrinews reports.

Golovkin, a start boxer from Kazakhstan, thanked everyone for attending the press conference and noted that it was his first time in Canada. "This is the biggest present for everybody. Not just for us, not just for me and for you, no; for fans, for TV, for history," Golovkin said. Triple G promised an amazing show on October 17. 

The undefeated Golovkin faces the Canadian boxer on October 17 at Madison Square Garden in the title unification bout. This marks Golovkin’s first HBO PPV fight. Meanwhile, Kazakhstani fans will be able to watch the Golovkin-Lemieux fight on Kazakhstan TV chanel.

Tickets for the fight are priced at $500, $300, $200, $100 and $50 and can be purchased at the Box office of Madison Square Garder or online at Ticketmaster.com
