WM Guliskhan Nakhbayeva, 20, from Shymkent, Kazakhstan, became a prize winner of the prestigious London Chess Classic-2011 international tournament, Tengrinews.kz reports. To get the silver medal in Women's Invitational she won 7 games and tied one. Nakhbayevaplayed against British IM Dagne Ciuksyte in the final match game. Both chess-players came to a crucial match game with the same number of points (each of them had 7 victories and one draw game). However, Nakhbayeva yielded the victory to Ciuksyte in the final game and came in second overall. Lithuanian WGM Deimante Daulyte won the third place.The London Chess Classic-2011 victory is a crucial one for chess-players. Tengrinews.kz reported that Kazakhstan chess-player Zhansaya Abdumalik won gold medal in Brazil chess tournament and became the four-time world champion.
