Kazakh boxer Beibut Shumenov, 27, have successfully defended his WBA world champion title in the fight against American Danny Santiago, 38, in Las Vegas, BoxingScene reports. On 46th minute of the 9th round the Kazakh champion boxer knocked out the American contender. The previous time Shumenov defended the title was on July 23, 2010 in Lemoore, CA, against Viacheslav Uzelkov from Ukraine.
