Russian four-time Olympics synchronous swimming champion Anastassiya Yermakova is training Kazakhstan national team prior to the London Olympic Games at present, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Moskovskiye Novosti.

Yermakova herself is not able to take part in the Games due to her former injury. “Nastya has signed a contract and got a job as a coach in Italy. She helps Kazakhstan national team to get prepared before the Olympics as well. She got married and is happy now. She feels excellent, so her return to the sport is out of the question,” Yermakova's coach Tatyana Danchenko said.

Yermakova paired with Anastassiya Davydova won Beijing and Athens Olympic gold medals. Moreover she is a two-time Olympic champion as part of a group of eight synchronous swimmers. Synchronous swimmers will compete for London Olympics medals on August 7 and 10, 2012.
