24-y.o. Kozedub started working as a model when she was 16. The girl speaks three foreign languages: Italian, English and Turkish. According to Kozedub, it was all of a sudden for her, when she got an invitation to the pageant only six days before the event. Moreover, the young beauty had to defray all the travel expenses because she could find no sponsors at such a short notice.
Kozedub said that the pageant was held as a reality-show that was aired by European and South American TV Channels. During the pageant the girls participated in different shows, swam in the Caribbean Sea with dolphins, visited museums, exhibitions and parties and watched baseball matches with children from boarding schools.
The final show of the pageant was held in Catalonia Bavaro, one of the best hotels of the Caribbean. According to Kozedub, the audience supported her vigorously even though there were no Kazakhstan citizens among the visitors of the show. The audience liked when she appeared at the stage in Kazakh national costume, made by Kazakhstan’s designer Muslim Zhumagaliyev. She was called “Ussun Princess” thanks to these garments.
