Italian football team’s goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon’s T-shirt will be sold in charitable auction in Almaty, Tengrinews.kz reports, referring to Komanda SOS Volunteers Center. The opening price of the lot is $1000. Those who wish to purchase the famous football player’s T-shirt can submit their bids at World Class Almaty fitness club (89 Nauryzbay Batyr street, corner of Kabanbay street). The one who offers the highest price for this lot will become the new owner of the T-shirt. The T-shirt has been set out for auction today, on April 2.The results will be known in the beginning of June. Almaty citizen Konstantin Zharlikov has gratuitously donated this T-shirt to the charitable auction. “I am happy to make this symbolic donation to this charitable campaign. I will be happy if this gift would help save somebody’s life or will contribute to a child’s health. I believe that our football fans will support this campaign and will take part in this charitable auction,” he said. Money received from the auction will be spent on treatment of children suffering from ICP (infantile cerebral paralysis). A similar charitable action was held in Almaty on December 5, 2011 – February 6, 2012. A football with famous British players’ autographs was auctioned then. An opening price of the lot was $3000. Finally it was sold for $6000. This money was enough for treatment of four children suffering from ICP.
