17-year-old model from Kokshetau in northern Kazakhstan Alina Anisimova has entered the Top-7 of the 2014 Miss Princess of the World held in Ostrava, the Czech Repiblic, Tengrinews reports.

According to the rules of the beauty contest, the organizers themselves select the participants based on their performance in other beauty pageants. They collect recommendations from organizers of other contests and only then they invite the best girls from all over the world to take part in Miss Princess of the World. In addition, the girls should be aged 16 to 26 and they have to be taller than 170 cm.

The contest was held in several stages: interview, home country presentation in one of international languages, defile in national costumes, bikini, evening gowns and in dresses from famous designers.

“After the main program, all the girls were invited to the stage and the names of those in Top 7 were announced. And there I heard ‘Kazakhstan’. My joy knew no bounds. I could not believe my ears, because all girls were so beautiful. Many of them took part in such well-known contests as Miss Universe and Miss World, and here I am, just going on eighteen, being ahead of them,” the Kazakh model shared.

Apart from the main program, the organizers arranged a tour around the Czech Republic for the participants. “We visited several cities, cultural sites and social events. Many of these sights are closed for tourists, but we were fortunate to see them. When I arrived at the contest, I was surprised by its level. All the girls were so gorgeous, but I did not lose hope. The last pageant was a huge experience for me, so I managed to present myself in the Czech Republic at a decent level,” Alina Anisimova said.

Kazakh model is only 17-year-old and she is in high school, but participation in various beauty pageants does not interfere with her studies, she said. “Many Kazakhstanis support me and my school does so as well. They rejoice at my achievements and help me. When I am at home, I devote all my time to studying," Alina Anisimova said.

It was not the first time Alina participated in a beauty contest. Her modeling career began at Miss Kokshetau beauty pageant, where she was awarded the Second Runner-up title.

Over the past year, Alina have taken part in 8 beauty contests, and won awards at 7 of them.
