The Head of State noted that the signed documents and agreements reached reflect the essence of the Kazakh-Russian partnership—combining traditions of friendship and good neighborliness with a mutual drive toward shared progress in all spheres of public life.

"In conclusion, I would like to once again express my sincere gratitude to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, for his historically significant contribution to the development of Kazakhstan-Russia relations. I am pleased to emphasize that the outcomes of your state visit have reaffirmed the special nature of our multifaceted interstate cooperation.
