New Atyrau Akim appointed

New Akim (Mayor) of Atyrau has been appointed, Tengrinews reports citing the press office of the Akimat (Municipal authorities).

Nurlybek Ozhabayev replaced Serik Aidarbekov as the new Akim of Atyrau. Previously Ozhayev led Isatay Discrtict administration.

The new Akim was introduced by the Akim of Atyrau Oblast Baktykozha Izmukhambetov.

According to the press office, the former Akim Aidarbekov has transferred to a position in the Presidential Administration.
