Nepal PM diagnosed with tuberculosis: party spokesman

US doctors treating Nepalese Prime Minister Sushil Koirala have ruled out lung cancer and diagnosed the 75-year-old with tuberculosis, AFP reports citing a spokesman for the premier's Nepali Congress party.
