Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Karim Massimov had a telephone conversation with his Moldavian counterpart, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Massimov’s Twitter.“Had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Moldova Vlad Filat,” Karim Massimov twitted on September 12.
