Kazakhstan’s PM Karim Massimov meets his Belarus and Kyrgyzstan counterparts

Kazakhstan’s PM Karim Massimov met his Belarus counterpart Mikhail Myasnikovich and Acting PM Omurbek Babnov of Kyrgyzstan October 18, Tengrinews.kz reports. At the talks with PM Myasnikovich the sides dwelt on bilateral cooperation within the CIS and the Customs Union. As of the end of 2010 the trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Belarus made up $657.2 million, 1.5 fold up against 2009. Imports from Belarus grew by 19.6%, making up $457 million, with exports to Belarus increasing 3.6 times to $200.2 million. At the talks with Acting PM Omurbek Babanov of Kyrgyzstan the sides dwelt on trade and economic and investments cooperation. October 19 PM Massimov is to attend sittings of the EurAsEC Interstate Council and the Supreme Body of the Customs Union.
