Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan signed an agreement to open a new railway border crossing, Tengrinews.kz reports referring to a message of Minister of Transport and Communication of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliyev in his Twitter. "Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan have signed an agreement to open a new international railway entry point at Bolashak-Serhetyaka," Minister wrote.
