Kazakhstan plans to simplify visa procedures for 34 member-countries of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development), the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Singapore and Monaco, Tengrinews reports citing Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Alexey Volkov.
