Kazakhstan government will develop a new Business Road Map, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan President as saying at the meeting dedicated to summarizing results of 2012 and specifying the course of implementation of the Strategy-2050. “I instruct the Prime-Minister (Serik Akhmetov) to personally develop the new Road Map, similar to the old one. Shake off the dust, it is ready. You just need to calculate the funds required for this task and specify their sources. Report to me in February,” Nursultan Nazarbayev said. Besides, the President instructed the government and Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Bakhyt Sultanov to introduce OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) standards and improve business climate in Kazakhstan. Kairat Kelimbetov was appointed responsible for development in the first half of 2013 of a concept for creation of promising national clusters. The President stressed that the government had moved no further than idle talk. Meanwhile, the government was instructed to establish the National Development Agency that would manage all the existing state development institutes and financial organizations.
