Kazakhstan government has approved all the high priority programs for 2012, Tengrinews.kz reports. "Funding of the main programs announced by the President is a priority, it is being arranged for 2012. We have voted today and I will sign the decree by the end of today. And the money will be made available for all the administrators of the budget programs," Prime-Minister Karim Massimov told the Ministers. The head of the government stressed that the administrators of the programs and oblast Akims (Governors) have to quickly and properly hold all the tender and bidding procedures to implement all the approved programs. "The employment program and the affordable housing program and all the other programs have to start now, so that we don't miss the warm season, so that we can massively move forward in summer. We have met with all the oblast Akims and all the program administrators clearly understand this as well. That's why this is now a personal responsibility of everyone to achieve the set goals. All the financial and budget issues have been solved and there can be no excuses that something is wrong or not there. We have to control this very carefully," Karim Massimov said.
