Kazakhstan Foreign Minister expressed condolences to Turkey

Kazakhstan Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed his condolences to Turkey, Tengrinews.kz reports from the round-table meeting called 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence and the United Nations in Kazakhstan. “I would like to express my condolences to Turkey in relation to the tragedy and damage caused by the earthquake. We share this grief of Turkish government and we are together with the ones who have suffered from this earthquake,” Yerzhan Kazykhanov started his speech at the meeting in Foreign Ministry on October 24. 7.2-magnitude quake hit south-east Turkey. Over 200 people were estimated to have been killed in the disaster. Hundreds of people still remain under collapsed buildings. There has been no information on Kazakhstan citizens hurt in the quake, Foreign Ministry's press-service told Tengrinews.kz.
