A majority of the polled Kazakhstan residents will spend their vacation at home, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the poll the Institute of Political Solutions (IPS) held among 2,307 Kazakhstan residents in 16 Kazakhstan cities. "A majority of the Kazakhstan citizens polled by the Institute of Political Solutions will spend their vacation at home, in a country-house or at one of Kazakhstan resorts. One out of five respondents plans to go abroad this summer, while every fourth will have no vacation at all," the Institute of Political Solutions writes. 25.9 percent of the respondents will spend their vacation at home. 17.1 percent of the residents prefer Kazakhstan resorts, 14.6 percent will spend their time in a country-house. A little over 6 percent will go to Issyk-Kul Lake (Kyrgyzstan), while 4.3 percent will go sun-tanning at the Black Sea. 2.7 percent of respondents will go to Europe and 3 percent plan to go to the beaches abroad. 14.1 percent of the residents will have no vacation and 9.3 percent prefer to do side work during their vacation.
