For his part, Pan Jian stated that CATL views Kazakhstan as an important and reliable partner for implementing joint projects across the company's key areas of activity.

The President highlighted the strategic importance of constructing the Bakhty – Ayagoz railway line, which will significantly increase freight traffic between Kazakhstan and China.
Furthermore, the importance of creating a joint venture for dredging operations in the Caspian Sea was emphasized.
The Head of State expressed confidence that the joint venture would also allow for the creation of a regional center capable of providing services to ensure safe maritime navigation in the Caspian region and beyond.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev welcomed the signing of an agreement during this visit for the joint development of Kazakhstan's first pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant.

The hydroelectric facility, with a capacity of 600 MW, is planned to be built with the participation of CCCC's subsidiary – China International Water & Electric Corporation – in the Kargaly River valley in the Almaty region.

Guoyou Materials Group plans to implement the project "Construction of the Kuryk multifunctional port in the Mangistau region."
During the first year of the project, the corporation plans to bring its handling capacity to 15 million tons.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed confidence that the implementation of such a large-scale project would facilitate the development of integrated maritime and rail logistics, increase the capacity of the region's transport infrastructure, and expand Kazakhstan's export and transit potential.
For his part, Yu Boyang briefed the Head of State on the project details and shared his vision for the future of maritime shipping in the Caspian Sea.
During the meeting, it was also noted that the creation of the port hub would provide long-term socio-economic benefits, including job creation, the development of the industry's human capital, and the use of Kazakhstani goods and services.
