Weather forecast for Astana

April 29: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. Southerly winds at 3–8 m/s. Air temperature at night +2…+4°C, ground frost up to 1°C, during the day +21…+23°C.

April 30: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. East wind at 5–10 m/s. Air temperature at night +6…+8°C, during the day +24…+26°C.

May 1: Partly cloudy, rain and thunderstorm in the second half of the day. South to southwest wind at 9–14 m/s. Air temperature at night +9…+11°C, during the day +25…+27°C.

Weather forecast for Almaty

April 29: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. Northeast wind at 3–8 m/s. Air temperature at night +10…+12°C, during the day +24…+26°C.

April 30: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. East wind at 3–8 m/s. Air temperature at night +9…+11°C, during the day +25…+27°C.

May 1: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. Southwest wind at 3–8 m/s. Air temperature at night +11…+13°C, during the day +27…+29°C.

It should be noted that earlier forecasters predicted slight warming without precipitation in Astana and thunderstorms with rain in Almaty.

Earlier, forecasters also reported that in the coming days unstable weather is expected across most of Kazakhstan: rain with thunderstorms, in some places hail, squally winds and fog are possible. In the mountains of the southeast, precipitation in the form of rain and wet snow is expected at night. No precipitation is expected in the northern and central regions, as well as on certain days in the south and east (April 29–30).
