Tengrinews.kz – City authorities have announced where the New Year fireworks will be launched in Astana.
According to official information, a festive New Year fireworks display will take place in the capital at 12:00 a.m. on December 31. The fireworks will be launched from two locations: the Botanical Garden and the area adjacent to the Atyrau Bridge.
Residents and visitors are reminded that, for safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to go out onto the ice along the embankment near the Atyrau Bridge during the fireworks.
The press service of the Astana Akimat noted that the holiday fireworks are being organized using sponsorship funds.
It is also worth noting that festive events will be held at three locations across the city on the night of December 31 to January 1.
Starting at 9:00 p.m. on December 31, New Year concerts for residents and guests of the capital will take place at the square near the Qazaq Eli Monument, at the EXPO area, and at the city square in front of the Akimat, featuring creative groups and stars of Kazakhstan’s pop music.
