Tengrinews.kz - The price of Bitcoin has once again reached a historic peak, rising above $89,000.

Tengrinews.kz - The price of Bitcoin has once again reached a historic peak, rising above $89,000.

On the largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, Bitcoin traded as high as $89,517. As of 09:15 a.m. Astana time, the price stood at $88,058.

Following Donald Trump’s victory in the U.S. presidential election, Bitcoin’s value has repeatedly broken records. The world’s most popular cryptocurrency has more than doubled from this year’s low of $38,505, after Trump voiced support for digital assets during his campaign. He pledged to make the U.S. the "crypto capital of the world" and establish a national reserve of Bitcoin.

Before the U.S. elections, Bitcoin’s previous all-time high was $70,184 (over 34 million tenge).
