Organizers turned on the 'anthem' from Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan movie instead of Kazakhstan anthem during a recent sport tournament in Kuwait, Al-Bawaba writes. According to the video, the incident happened at the world shooting championship. The tournament was held under the aegis of Kuwait emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. Besides, Borat movie is banned in Kuwait. A similar incident happened in Kostanai oblast in Kazakhstan at the opening of a ski festival in the beginning of March. Kazakhstan anthem was announced after the speech of the oblast Akim (Governor) Nuraly Sauakassov. However, Ricky Martin's Livin' La Vida Loca played instead of the anthem. The song was replaced with the anthem in a few seconds.
