Fuel prices in Kazakhstan will remain unchanged in February

Fuel prices ceiling will remain at the same level as in January, KazTAG reports citing Kazakhstan Ministry of Oil and Gas. “The decision was made at the meeting on supply of oil products to the local market and fuel pricing in Kazakhstan. It was decided to retain the prices ceiling for Kazakhstan fueling stations in February 2012 at: 106 tenge ($0.72) per liter of AI-92/93, 86 tenge ($0.58) per liter of AI-80 petrol and 90 tenge ($0.61) per liter of diesel fuel,” the press-release states. The press-service of Kazakhstan Ministry of Oil and Gas reported earlier that fuel prices ceilings for January have been set at December level. “As per the decision made at the meeting on supply of oil products to the local market and fuel pricing in Kazakhstan's Ministry of Oil and Gas, the prices ceiling for Kazakhstan fueling stations in January 2012 is set as follows: not higher than 106 tenge ($0.72) per liter of AI-92/93, not higher than 86 tenge ($0.58) per liter of AI-80 petrol and not higher than 90 tenge ($0.61) per liter of diesel fuel,” the Ministry stated.
