The most high-powered Kazakhstani sports cars will fight in the fourth and final stage of Drag Racing Championship on October 15, in Almaty. The race will take place in Boraldai Motorplex, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Sports Center Boraldai Motorplex press-office. “More than thirty expensive, specially designed and equipped cars will fight for several hours not sparing rubber, fuel and spectators' nerves,” the organizers said. The most high-powered GTsport 400+ cars are also expected to contest besides the Drag Racing Sport cars. Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari Enzo, Ford GT40, Lamborghini Murcielago, Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR, Porsche Carrera GT, Bentley Continental GT, Mercedes-Benz 65 AMG, Porsche 911 GT2, Dodge Viper SRT-10, Nissan GT-R and other Sport cars will participate in the race. “Also unforgettable NON STOP Unlimited race (survival race) will be held at the event. This type of race is a tough marathon not only for time but also for survival in stressful, unlimited and intense races hard both for drivers and engines,” Boralday Motorplex press-office press-release reads. The number of drivers, who are interested in Drag racing has increased four times. According to the organizers of the event, there were about thirty - fourty participants of the race in the beginning of 2011. Now one hundred and twenty drivers wish to try their cars or to compete with friends during the event.
