Around 13 percent of Kazakhstan residents are ready to work without vacation a salary raise, Mojazarplata.kz discovered in a research.
In the online-poll calledsalary salary raise I am ready to work…” 29.4 percent of Kazakhstan residents replied that they are ready to work overtime, another 27.9 percent of respondents would agree to change the city and country of residence. 12.1 percent are ready to work without days-off and over 4 percent of Kazakhstan residents would agree for harmful working conditions. Only 12.2 percent of respondents replied that calm life is more precious than a salary raise.
“Besides, 1.08 percent of respondents suggested their own replies saying that a salary raise would motivate their desire to work at full capacity. Some respondents complained that overtime, frequent travel and lack of days-off do not guarantee any salary raise,” the message distributed by Mojazarplata.kz states.
