Norwegian Embassy to Kazakhstan will open a Book of Memory of the Terrorists Attack Victims on July 26, Tengrinews.kz reports. “We sent a diplomatic note to all embassies and Kazakhstan Ministry of Foreign Affairs saying that we are opening a condolences protocol and anyone can come to the embassy and sign. I have received many condolences via e-mail from friends, colleagues and our partners in Kazakhstan, but as for embassies, we are expecting them tomorrow,” Ambassador of Norway to Kazakhstan said today, July 25. The toll of twin attack in Norway can reach 98.
