One person died and four were injured in a car accident in North-Kazakhstan oblast this weekend, Tengrines.kz reports citing press-service of North-Kazakhstan oblast Interior Department. The accident happened on Chelyabinsk-Novosibirsk road 20km from Bulayevo village. Volkswagen Multivan smashed into a tractor when the tractor’s driver got onto the contraflow lane during overtaking another car. After the accident the driver of Volkswagen, 50-y.o. citizen of Petropavlovsk, died at the scene. Four passengers, German citizens, including an 8-y.o. kid, got different injuries and taken to the central regional hospital. Investigation into the accident is underway.
