Kazakhstan needs to train professional negotiators to deal with terrorists, Tengrinews.kz reports citing professional mediator and president of the International Human Rights Center Zhangeldy Zhakulov as saying at the conference called Prevention of crimes and violation of rights in the Senate of Kazakhstan. “We have to be ready amid the escalating terrorism, extremism and kidnapping activities.
