Russia and Kazakhstan have to agree on banning Euro-2: Head of Russia's Anti-Monopoly Service

The problem is that Kazakhstan plans to eliminate Euro-2 only by 2014, while Russia has a plan to do it in 2013: Igor Artemyev.
