Over 40 percent of Kazakhstan residents think that economic situation in Kazakhstan is improving, Institute of Political Solutions (IPS) stated after an opinion poll. According to the poll, 78.5 percent of Kazakhstan residents are confident that economic situation is stable and improving. 42.2 percent of respondents expressed confidence of economic improvement comparing this year's results with last year's ones. Another 37.3 percent of respondents think that economic situation in Kazakhstan is stable. Comparing their current financial state with that in the fall of 2010, 82.1 percent of respondents said that it has stabilized and improved. Another 38.7 percent of residents stated that their “financial situation improved”. Only 15 percent of Kazakhstan residents are pessimistic about the economic situation.
