Labor capacity exceeded $30 000 per person in the chemical industry of Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports, referring to Kazakhstan Ministry of Industry and Innovations. Kazakhstan chemical industry is one of consistently developing branches. That is confirmed by the results of the 11 months of 2011. The labor productivity increased 57.8%. It amounted to $19 900 per person in January-November 2010. The index reached $31 400 per person last year. In addition, the production output rose from 91.4 billion tenge ($6.2 billion) to 129.6 billion tenge ($8.75 billion) in the first 11 months of 2011 compared to the same period of 2010. The increased made 22.5%. “Export of high value added products in January-September 2011 doubled in comparison with the same period last year. 21 chemical industry facilities have been launched in the past two years. 3500 new jobs have been created. The other 10 projects are under development now,” the Ministry’s press-office officials said.
