Kazakhstan is not planning to impose a ban on import of Russian oil products, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan Oil and Gas Minister Sauat Mynbayev as saying at the briefing in Kazakhstan President’s Central Communications Service.“There will be no ban, we are interested in supplies of Russian oil products. We will decide on whether it will be controlled or not after ratification of the methods signed in Pavlodar in September 2012. According to this document, this sector is subject to regulation in terms of railroad supplies of oil products from Russia. "Will we introduce any restrictions on railroads? Most probably, not. But there is such a possibility after ratification of these methods. It (the document) has been signed by Russian and Kazakhstan parties,” Mynbayev said. By Gulnara Zhandagulova
