Tengrinews.kz — Kazakhstan is considering constitutional amendments to explicitly protect citizens’ personal data from illegal collection, storage, and use, including through digital technologies.

The proposal was announced by Mazhilis deputy Snezhanna Imasheva during the second meeting of the Constitutional Reform Commission.
