By decrees of the Head of State:
Almurat Turganbekov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Mexican States.
Zhanna Saginova was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Slovak Republic.
Anuarbek Akhmetov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
In addition, Tolezhan Barlybaev was relieved of his post as ambassador to Slovakia.
Kazakhstan's ambassador to Egypt Kairat Lama Sharif was relieved of his post as ambassador to Algeria concurrently.
Timur Primbetov has been appointed as Kazakhstan's ambassador to the Vatican and relieved of his duties as ambassador to Mexico.
