Weather in Astana
On July 3, variable cloudiness is expected in the capital. In the afternoon, brief showers are possible, along with thunderstorms and squally winds. Winds will come from the south and southeast at 3–8 m/s at night, strengthening during the day to 9–14 m/s, with gusts up to 15–18 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be +17 to +19 °C, while daytime temperatures will remain extremely hot at +33 to +35 °C.
Astana will experience hot and unstable weather.
On July 4, variable cloudiness will persist, with showers and thunderstorms returning during the day. Winds from the southwest will blow at 3–8 m/s at night and 9–14 m/s during the day, with gusts reaching 15–20 m/s. Temperatures at night will be +19 to +21 °C, and still very hot during the day at +33 to +35 °C.
The hot and unstable conditions will continue.
On July 5, intermittent rain and thunderstorms are expected with partly cloudy skies. Winds will shift to the northwest at 9–14 m/s, with gusts up to 15–20 m/s. Night temperatures will drop to +15 to +17 °C, and daytime temperatures will cool significantly to +21 to +23 °C.
By Friday, the heat will sharply subside.
Weather in Almaty
On July 3, Almaty will see variable cloudiness with no precipitation expected. Northeasterly winds will blow at 3–8 m/s. Night temperatures will be +19 to +21 °C, while daytime temperatures will be extremely hot at +34 to +36 °C.
The day will be dry but very hot.
On July 4, forecasters again predict dry weather with variable cloudiness. Winds will come from the southeast at 3–8 m/s. Temperatures will be +20 to +22 °C at night, with daytime heat intensifying to +35 to +37 °C.
The heat will reach its peak.
On July 5, variable cloudiness will continue, with no precipitation expected. Southeasterly winds will blow at 3–8 m/s. Night temperatures will be +22 to +24 °C, while daytime temperatures will climb to +37 to +39 °C.
Friday may become the hottest day of the week.
