Passengers should go to the ticket office at the station and inform the cashier about their situation.
“If a passenger misses the train, they can get a partial refund of the ticket price, but this must be done within one hour of the train's departure from the station listed on the ticket. An ID card and the ticket are required for the refund. The cashier will prepare the necessary documents and, if there are available seats, offer options for transferring to the next train,” noted the press service.
The amount and timing of the refund are determined by the rules for transporting passengers, baggage, cargo, and postal items by rail.
Additionally, in these situations, passengers are advised to contact the operator at 1433 for further information.
The company also reminds travelers to arrive at the station early to avoid such situations.
