US dollar continues to decline against tenge

Tengrinews.kz - The US dollar has continued to weaken against the tenge in Kazakhstan.

According to the latest data from the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the dollar fell by 0.22 percent, settling at 510.19 tenge per dollar.

According to kurs.kz, the average exchange rate in Almaty currency exchange offices currently stands at 510.37 tenge for buying and 512.28 for selling. In Astana, the dollar is being bought at an average of 508.59 tenge and sold at 514.59.

The National Bank of Kazakhstan set the official exchange rate for June 5 at 511.67 tenge per dollar.

This follows a slight decrease recorded on June 4, when the dollar fell by 0.09 percent against the tenge.
