Tokayev meets young athletes in Aktau

Tengrinews.kz - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the BS Arena sports complex during his working trip to the Mangystau region, according to the Akorda press service.

During the visit, the Head of State was briefed on the operations of the multifunctional complex, which is equipped with modern facilities for hosting international and national sports competitions, as well as cultural events.

"Kassym-Jomart Tokayev spoke with local athletes and wished them success," the Akorda press service said.

It is noted that the sports complex includes courts for volleyball, basketball, and futsal, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a swimming pool, halls for martial arts and fitness, as well as a football field with stands.

As a reminder, Tokayev arrived in the Mangystau region on April 18 to inspect several facilities and hold a meeting on the region’s socio-economic development.
