Tengrinews.kz – During a teleconference dedicated to the opening of the KIA Qazaqstan automobile plant, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced that Kazakhstanis will now be able to purchase cars through leasing, citing Akorda.
The President noted that the government had recently been instructed to develop specific measures to stabilize the economic situation, which led to the adoption of several important decisions.
“Citizens will now have the opportunity to purchase cars through leasing, which will make them more affordable for the population,” Tokayev said.
It should be recalled that earlier, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting with government members and heads of state agencies to implement the President’s instruction on economic reform programs aimed at improving citizens’ welfare. At that meeting, it was noted that domestic car manufacturers and banks would continue their programs for financing car purchases by the public.
