Tengrinews.kz - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of Portugal, according to Akorda.
President Tokayev has congratulated Marcelo Nuno Duarte Rebelo de Sousa on the occasion of Portugal Day, the country’s national holiday.
Tokayev expressed confidence that bilateral relations based on traditional friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation would continue to develop dynamically.
“President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished President Marcelo Nuno Duarte Rebelo de Sousa success in his high office and extended his best wishes for well-being and prosperity to the friendly people of Portugal,” Akorda stated.
Earlier, President Tokayev held a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Bakytzhan Sagintayev.
