Tokayev congratulates Kazakhstan’s journalists

Tengrinews.kz – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated Kazakhstan’s journalists on the National Press Day.

The Head of State noted the significant contribution of the mass media to building a Just Kazakhstan and entrenching the principle of “Law and Order.”

He called on print media representatives to work constructively in covering the course of the constitutional reform and other large-scale transformations aimed at a deep reboot of the entire state system.

In his congratulatory message, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated that for all our compatriots, regardless of their national or religious affiliation, the main task is to defend the country’s sovereignty and independence in the spirit of responsible and constructive patriotism and respect for the law.

The President expressed firm confidence that domestic journalists will take an active part in this exceptionally important work and wished them well-being and success.
