“I congratulate my compatriots on International Children’s Day! Protecting the rights and health of young citizens and creating proper conditions for their harmonious development is a national task and a constitutional duty. The foundation of a happy childhood is friendly, united families. Therefore, support for the institution of the family has become one of the most important provisions of the new Constitution. The creative potential of the younger generation is enormous, as clearly shown by the achievements of our children in education, sports and creativity. As part of my ‘National Fund for Children’ initiative, every child receives support from the state. This year, the implementation of the ‘Children of Kazakhstan’ concept has begun. Supporting young compatriots will always remain at the center of attention of Kazakhstan — a Fair and Progressive State,” the President wrote on his Instagram page.
