In honor of the distinguished guest, fighter jets of Kazakhstan’s Air Defense Forces performed a demonstration flight in front of the Palace of Independence, leaving behind a red-and-white smoke trail that colored the sky in the colors of the Turkish flag.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan then introduced the members of their official delegations to each other.
