Saudi Arabia eager to invest to Kazakhstan: Minister of Finance Ibrahim Al Assaf

Saudi Arabia is eager to invest to Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Finance Ibrahim Al Assaf said June 7 when signing in Astana an agreement on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion, Bnews.kz reported. “The Agreement will facilitate investments (…) Saudi Arabia’s investors are considering investments to Kazakhstan”, he said. “We hope Kazakhstan will be among the countries to sign agreements on cooperation in agriculture with Saudi Arabia”, Ibrahim Al Assaf said, adding that his country is interested in meat, barley and other crops exports from Kazakhstan. “We hope today’s negotiations will bring about concrete projects”, he summed up.
