Tengrinews.kz – People across several districts in East Kazakhstan and Abai regions felt tremors of up to 4 points on the MSK-64 intensity scale following an earthquake that struck on the afternoon of July 23, the Ministry of Emergency Situations has reported.
The earthquake occurred at 15:37 Astana time, with its epicenter located 793 kilometers northeast of Almaty.
According to the ministry's data, the intensity of the shaking in various settlements was as follows:
