How many days off in March?
March 2025 will bring not only sunny days but also extra holidays for Kazakhstanis. The month includes two public holidays:
- March 8 – International Women's Day;
- March 21-23 – Nauryz Meiramy.

Since March 8 falls on a Saturday, an extra day off is granted on Monday, March 10.
Weekend schedule:
- For a five-day workweek: March 8, 9, and 10 – three consecutive days off.
- For a six-day workweek: March 8 and 9 – days off, but March 10 (Monday) is a working day.
Days off for Nauryz in 2025
Nauryz Meiramy is traditionally celebrated from March 21 to 23. In 2025, these dates fall on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, giving Kazakhstanis additional days off.

- For a five-day workweek: March 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 – five consecutive days off.
- For a six-day workweek: March 21, 22, 23, and 24 – days off, while March 25 (Tuesday) is a working day.
