Norwegian Embassy to Kazakhstan will open a Book of Memory of the Terrorists Attack Victims on July 26, Tengrinews.kz reports.
“We sent a diplomatic note to all embassies and Kazakhstan Ministry of Foreign Affairs saying that we are opening a condolences protocol and anyone can come to the embassy and sign. I have received many condolences via e-mail from friends, colleagues and our partners in Kazakhstan, but as for embassies, we are expecting them tomorrow,” Ambassador of Norway to Kazakhstan said today, July 25.
