New document is now available in the eGov Mobile app

Tengrinews.kz – Information about guardianship over legally incapacitated adults in Kazakhstan can now be accessed via the eGov Mobile app, in the “Digital Documents” section, according to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

The document is generated automatically based on data from the ministry's information system, which records all registered guardians and custodians, as well as their wards. It contains the following details: individual identification number (IIN), full name,
date of birth of the guardian and the ward, order number and date issued by the local executive body, field “Valid as of date.”

“The document can be presented when receiving services, contacting various organizations, and so on,” the official statement said.

Earlier, another public service in Kazakhstan will soon be available online. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Development have published the relevant order.
